I have been with the Team for over 3 years. Throughout my career I’ve moved up from front desk/reception to applications and scheduling and now help oversee all active properties when it comes to both the owners and tenants. Each day is different for me which has helped grow my knowledge and passion for property management, marketing and accounting. I pride myself in communicating and building relationships with our variety of tenants and owners. It’s a pleasure to be apart of a team that provides trust and comfort for rental owners, and eases the process of securing a rental for our tenant prospects!
I have been apart of the Property Management family for over 10 years. I have had my hands in many areas of the department but I have found my niche as a leasing agent. We all know that moving is a big life decision and I am lucky to be able to share that with so many people. I am there from the very start of a prospective tenants search for a home by showing them them their perfect property. Once they are approved, I will see them through their entire move in process which I pride myself on making as easy as possible for both the tenant and the owner. My job doesn’t stop there, I’m able to see our tenants enjoying their home in person for annual inspections. I’m also keeping in touch with our owners on a regular basis with updates, feedback and any news, just to let them know that everything is being taken care of.
Being apart of such a great company known as Cobalt Property Management has been such a great opportunity. Being a leasing agent I am able to meet great people on a daily basis; from Property Owners, Prospect Tenants to Tenants. From the very beginning of this life changing event I am with them every step of the way. I am dedicated and motivated on making this event go as smooth as possible. I have been with Property Management Team for over 2 years. Throughout my time here I’ve moved up from front desk/reception to a Repairs Coordinator for Property Management. I am responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests to our vendors and following up on those requests with owner and tenants, making sure everything is resolved in a timely manner for both owner and tenant. With such a strong support from our property management team we’ll make sure to make your property management experience a great one. With that being said, I’m very excited to be a part of a team that provides trust and comfort for rental owners and tenants.
Drew Martin has been working in Real Estate since 2006 and has a vast knowledge of Real Estate Sales and Property Management. With knowledge in all aspects of Real Estate he is a valuable member of the team, especially when Owners decide to sell their tenant occupied homes. He is more than happy to walk any owner through this process to ensure that when making the decision to sell tenant occupied it is a smooth and easy transaction.
